Chicken Fried Rice

Chicken Fried Rice!
-6 cups of cooked rice
-4 tablespoons of vegetable oil
-1 1/2 pounds of boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
-1/2 teaspoon of salt
-1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
-4 large eggs, lightly beaten
-4 green onions, thinly sliced
-1/4 cup of soy sauce

1) Heat the oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.
2) Add the chicken, salt, and pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is browned and cooked through, about 5 minutes.
3) Add the rice, eggs, and green onions. Cook, stirring constantly, until the eggs are cooked and the rice is heated through, about 5 minutes.
4) Add the soy sauce and cook, stirring constantly, for 1 minute.
