Ingredients:
-1 kaiser roll
-1 tablespoon olive oil
-2 tablespoons fresh parsley, minced
-2 tablespoons fresh basil, minced
-1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
-3/4 teaspoon salt
-1/4 teaspoon black pepper
-1/2 teaspoon sugar
-2 tablespoons tomato paste
-1/2 cup dried spaghetti noodles
-1/2 cup pasta sauce
-1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
-1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

Steps:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F and lightly butter a baking sheet.
2. In a medium saucepan, heat the olive oil and add the parsley, basil, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and sugar.
3. Add in the tomato paste and stir until everything is evenly distributed and lightly browned.
4. Meanwhile cook pasta noodles as instructed on the packaging.
5. Once noodles are cooked, add pasta sauce to the pan with the herbs and tomato paste and mix together.
6. Place kaiser roll on baking sheet and spoon spaghetti sauce onto the inside of the roll.
7. Sprinkle with mozzarella and parmesan cheese, and bake for about 5 minutes, until cheese is melted and roll is toasted.
8. Cut roll in half and place a scoopful of the spaghetti sauce inside, then sprinkle with extra parmesan cheese.
9. Enjoy this delicious sandwich with a Riesling wine!
