– 1/2 lb of thinly sliced flank steak
– 1/4 cup of fresh lime juice
– 1 tablespoon minced garlic
– 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
– Salt and pepper to taste

Salsa Verde:
– 2 medium sized tomatillos
– 1/4 cup chopped white onion
– 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
– 1 JalapeƱo pepper (or to taste)
– 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
– Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
1. Preheat your grill or grill pan on medium-high heat
2. In a large bowl, combine the ingredients for your marinated steak. Make sure to mix well so the steak is coated in the marinade. Set aside for 10-15 minutes.
