Bacon and Egg Pasta
This pasta dish is the perfect meal for any time of day! The bacon and eggs give it a delicious and rich flavor, while the light beer helps to cut through the heaviness of the dish.

Bacon and Egg Pasta!

-1/2 pound bacon
-1/2 onion
-2 cloves garlic
-1/2 teaspoon salt
-1/4 teaspoon black pepper
-1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
-3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
-3 cups milk
-1/2 cup dry white wine
-1 (16-ounce) package pasta
-4 eggs
-1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

1. Cook bacon in a large saucepan over medium heat until crisp. Remove bacon with a slotted spoon to a paper towel-lined plate.
2. Add onion and garlic to bacon drippings; cook until softened, about 5 minutes. Stir in salt, pepper, thyme, and flour; cook for 1 minute.
3. Whisk in milk and wine; bring to a simmer. Cook until thickened, about 10 minutes.
4. Meanwhile, cook pasta in a large pot of boiling water according to package directions. Drain.
5. Add pasta and eggs to sauce; cook, stirring constantly, until eggs are cooked, about 3 minutes.
6. Remove from heat; stir in bacon and parsley.
