Ingredients:
– 250ml Coconut milk
– 125g White sugar
– 2 tsp Cornstarch
– 3 Egg whites
– 1 tsp Cream of tartar
– 2 tsp Vanilla extract
– 125g Flour
– 120g Sliced almonds

Steps:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
2. In a small saucepan, add the coconut milk, sugar and cornstarch and stir over medium heat until thickened.
3. Beat the egg whites until foamy, then add in the cream of tartar and continue to beat until soft peaks form.
4. Pour the coconut milk mixture into the egg whites, mix until combined.
