Spinach & Ricotta Ravioli with Rosemary Garlic Butter Sauce!
-12 ounces of Spinach & Ricotta Ravioli
-2 tablespoons of olive oil
-2 cloves of garlic, crushed
-1 teaspoon of chopped rosemary
-2 tablespoons of butter
-2 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese
-Salt and pepper, to taste
1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a rapid boil.
2. Heat olive oil in a large non-stick pan over medium heat. Add the garlic and rosemary and cook and stir for a few minutes, until fragrant.
3. Add the ravioli to the boiling pot of water and cook for 8-10 minutes, until al dente.
4. Add the butter and Parmesan cheese to the pan and cook for a few minutes, until melted.
5. Drain the cooked ravioli and add to the pan with the garlic and rosemary sauce. Stir to coat, then season with salt and pepper to taste.
