-3 Cups Raisins
-1 1/2 Cans Red Cherries (Drained and Chopped)
-1 1/2 Cups Chopped Dates
-2 Cups Chopped Candied Fruits
-1 1/2 Cups Chopped Blanched Almonds
-1/2 Cup Coconut
-2 Cups all-purpose flour
-1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
-2 Teaspoons Ground Cinnamon
-1 Teaspoon Ground Nutmeg
-1/3 Teaspoon Ground Cloves
-1/4 Teaspoon Salt
-1 lb Margarine, Cubed
-1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
-2/3 Cup White Sugar
-4 eggs
-1 Teaspoon Vanilla
-1 Teaspoon Rum

Steps:
Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F and line a 9×13 inch cake pan with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, combine the fruits and nuts; set aside.

In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and salt.

In a large bowl, cream together the margarine, sugars, eggs, vanilla and rum until thick and light. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until well-combined.
