1. Preheat oven to 375F.
2. In a medium-sized bowl, combine the ground beef, panko breadcrumbs, oat flakes, bacon, garlic, onion, egg, Worcestershire sauce, and season with salt and pepper. Mix with your hands until all the ingredients are evenly distributed.
