Ingredients:
-½ pound of boneless chicken, cut into strips
-1 cup of buttermilk
-1 cup of all-purpose flour
-2 teaspoons of paprika
-1 tablespoon of garlic powder
-1 teaspoon of black pepper
-2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
-2 bacon slices
-2 tablespoons of honey
-1 ciabatta roll, split horizontally

Instructions:
1. Wash and cut the boneless chicken into strips.
2. In a bowl, add the buttermilk, paprika, garlic powder, and black pepper; stir until everything is well combined.
3. Add the chicken strips and mix with the marinade.
4. Place the chicken in the refrigerator to marinate for at least 1 hour.
5. Take out the chicken strips and place them on a plate; cover with the all-purpose flour.
6. Heat the two tablespoons of oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
7. Add the chicken strips to the skillet and cook on both sides until brown and crispy.
8. Cut the bacon in half and cook in the same skillet.
9. Remove from the skillet once the bacon is crispy and set aside.
10. Put the chicken strips back into the skillet and add the honey; mix well for a minute.
11. Toast the ciabatta roll and assemble the sandwich with the chicken and bacon.
12. Drizzle extra honey over the top and have with a side of french fries or a salad.
