Ingredients:
-½ pound of boneless chicken, cut into strips
-1 cup of buttermilk
-1 cup of all-purpose flour
-2 teaspoons of paprika
-1 tablespoon of garlic powder
-1 teaspoon of black pepper
-2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
-2 bacon slices
-2 tablespoons of honey
-1 ciabatta roll, split horizontally
Instructions:
1. Wash and cut the boneless chicken into strips.
2. In a bowl, add the buttermilk, paprika, garlic powder, and black pepper; stir until everything is well combined.
3. Add the chicken strips and mix with the marinade.
4. Place the chicken in the refrigerator to marinate for at least 1 hour.
5. Take out the chicken strips and place them on a plate; cover with the all-purpose flour.
6. Heat the two tablespoons of oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
