Steps:
1. Bring 4 qrt salted water to a boil in a medium pot

3. Reserve 1/4 cup pasta cooking water, drain and set aside
4. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat
5. Add olive oil and butter to pan

7. Immediately add the drained pasta to the skillet
8. Simmer for 1-2 minutes
9. Add the reserved cooking water to the sauce and toss to combine
10. Add the grated Parmigiano-Reggiano and continue to stir
