Ingredients:
-1/4 Cup of Apple, cut into thin slices
-1/2 Cup of Red Grapes, cut into halves
-1/4 Cup of Jam (strawberry, raspberry or blackberry)
-1 Oz. of Brie Cheese
-2 slices of Bread
-Olive oil or Coconut oil
-1 teaspoon of ground Cinnamon

Instructions:
1. Preheat a Pan on medium heat, let it heat up for 3 minutes.
2. Add 1 teaspoon of olive oil or coconut oil and swirl it around the pan.
3. Place the brie cheese in the center of the pan and let it cook for 1 minute.
4. Add the apples and grapes slices, ground cinnamon and jam to the pan and let it simmer for 2 minutes.
5. Toast the bread slices until slightly golden brown.
6. Place the brie, apple, grape and jam mixture on one of the toasted bread slices and top with the other.
7. Place the sandwich on the preheated pan and let it cook until the brie is melted, around 2 minutes.
8. Carefully flip the sandwich and let it cook for an additional 1 minute.
9. Serve with a light red wine (such as Pinot Noir or Merlot) or an IPA beer.
