Ingredients:
-6 slices bacon
-2 tablespoons olive oil
-1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
-2 tablespoons honey
-1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
-1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
-ΒΌ teaspoon cayenne pepper
-2 tomatoes, sliced
-1/4 teaspoon of salt and pepper
-3 tablespoons mayonnaise
-6 slices of white bread
-1/2 cup of lettuce (Your favorite kind)
Steps:
1) Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
2) Place the bacon strips on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until crispy.
3) In a large bowl, whisk together the olive oil, white wine vinegar, honey, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and cayenne pepper.
4) Place the tomatoes slices in the bowl and toss with the mixture until coated.
5) Season with salt and pepper.
6) Place the tomato slices on a baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes.
7) In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise with the tomatoes.
