These chicken fajitas are a quick and easy meal that the whole family will love! The chicken is flavorful and juicy, and the tortillas are soft and fluffy. Chicken Fajitas!

-1 lb. of boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips

-1 tablespoon olive oil

-1 red onion, sliced

-1 green bell pepper, sliced

-1 red bell pepper, sliced

-1 tablespoon chili powder

-1 teaspoon smoked paprika

-1 teaspoon cumin

-1 teaspoon garlic powder

-1/2 teaspoon salt

-1/4 teaspoon black pepper

-8-10 small soft flour tortillas

-Optional toppings:

-Sour cream


-Pico de gallo

-Shredded cheese

-Lime wedges


1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

2. In a large bowl, combine chicken strips, olive oil, red onion, green bell pepper, red bell pepper, chili powder, smoked paprika, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

3. Toss to coat evenly.

4. Spread the mixture in a single layer on a baking sheet.

5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.

6. Meanwhile, warm the tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat.

7. To assemble, place 2-3 strips of chicken on each tortilla.

8. Top with sour cream, guacamole, pico de gallo, shredded cheese, and lime wedges, if desired.

9. Fold up the tortillas and enjoy!
