– 2 sheets pre-made lasagna sheets
– 120g butternut squash puree
– 20g vegan cheese
– 30g fresh sage
– 2 cloves of garlic
– 60g unsalted butter
– Pinch of salt
– Pinch of black pepper
– 2 tbsps. vegetable broth
