Ingredients:
-6 ripe bananas
-3 cups milk
-3 eggs
-2 tablespoons of butter
-2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
-6 tablespoons of brown sugar
-2 teaspoon of nutmeg
-½ teaspoon of salt
-6 cups of bread cubes
-6 tablespoons of white sugar
-2 teaspoons of cinnamon
-Caramel sauce
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Slice bananas into thin slices.
3. In a medium bowl, combine milk, eggs, butter, vanilla, brown sugar, nutmeg, and salt. Whisk ingredients together until blended.
4. Grease an 8×8 inch baking dish. Place bread cubes into prepared dish and pour milk mixture over bread cubes.
5. Place sliced bananas evenly over top of mixture.
