Ingredients:
-1/2 cup cognac
-2 tablespoons of espresso
-1/2 cup of brewed espresso
-1-1/2 cups of mascarpone cheese
-3 large egg yolks
-1/3 cup of sugar
-6 biscuits of ladyfingers
-1/4 cup of cocoa powder

Instructions:
1. In a bowl, combine cognac, espresso and brewed espresso. Set aside.
2. Using a double boiler, whisk together the mascarpone cheese, egg yolks and sugar until thick and well blended (about 10 minutes).
3. Line a deep dish with the ladyfingers and pour half of the cognac-espresso mixture over them.
4. Spread the cooked mix over the ladyfingers.
5. Arrange the remaining ladyfingers on top of the mixture and pour the remaining cognac-espresso mixture over them.
