Ingredients:
– 1 Ribeye steak, 2cm (3/4 inch) thick
– 1 teaspoon Salt
– 1/4 teaspoon Pepper
– 2 tablespoons Olive oil
– 1/4 Cup Sweet Baby Ray’s BBQ Sauce
– 2 Slices Gouda cheese
– 2 Slices Provolone cheese
– 2 teaspoons Asiago cheese, grated
– 1 tablespoon Mayonnaise
– 2 tablespoons Horseradish
– 2 tablespoons Grainy mustard
– 1 teaspoon Olive oil
– 1/4 Cup dried Porcini mushrooms, chopped
– 3 slices Pickles
– 2 slices Baguette
– 1/4 cup Onions, diced
– 1 teaspoon Olive oil
– 2 teaspoons Coconut oil

Instructions:
1. Heat a griddle or medium-high frying pan. Season the ribeye steak on both sides with salt and pepper. Drizzle olive oil over the steak. When the pan is hot, place the steak in the center and cook for 5 minutes.
2. Flip the steak and brush with the BBQ sauce. Cook for 4 minutes more. Remove to a plate and keep warm.
3. Place the Gouda and provolone cheese slices on the baguette slices and put under the broiler for a few minutes until melted.
