– 2 tbsp Rosemary Aioli

Steps:
1. Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat
2. Rub the chicken breast with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper
3. Grill chicken breast, flipping a few times until it is cooked through tightly, about 8-10 minutes
4. Take the chicken off the grill and set it aside to cool
5. Toast the sourdough bread on both sides until golden brown
6. Grill slices of bacon until crispy, about a few minutes per side
