Ingredients:
– 1 croissant
– 1 tbsp butter
– 2 slices of smoked ham
– 2-3 slices of gruyere cheese
– 1 tbsp dijon mustard
– 1 tsp honey
– 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Arugula or mixed greens for topping
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven (or toaster) to 350°F.
2. To make the dijon-honey mustard sauce, combine 1 tbsp dijon mustard, 1 tsp honey, 1 tsp apple cider vinegar and salt and pepper to taste in a small bowl.
3. Slice the croissant in half and spread butter on the inside of each half.
