– Tamarind Chutney: 1 tablespoon tamarind paste, 1/4 teaspoon cumin, 1/4 teaspoon coriander, 1/4 teaspoon ginger, 1/4 teaspoon red chili powder, salt and sugar to taste. Mix all ingredients until smooth.

– Sliced onions: 1/4 cup thinly sliced onion, soaked in cold water for 10 minutes.
– Fried cashews: 2 tablespoons cashews, fried in oil until golden brown.
– Raisins: 1 tablespoon raisins, soaked in hot water for 10 minutes.
– Chopped cilantro: 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro.
