Ingredients:
-1 Sandwich-sized Filet of Dogfish Shark
-4 oz of Light Flour
-1 tsp of Ground Cayenne Pepper
-2 oz of Buttermilk
-2 tsp of Baking Powder
-1 lb of Flour
-2 cups of Vegetable Oil
-1 tsp of Ground Mustard
-2 tsp of Salt
-2 tsp of Pepper
-2 tsp of Garlic Powder
-1 White Onion (chopped)
-4 slices of White Bread
-4 Leaves of Lettuce
-¼ cup of Tartar Sauce

Instructions:
1) Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
2) In a small bowl, mix light flour, cayenne pepper, baking powder, salt, pepper and garlic powder together.
3) Rub the filet of dogfish shark with the spice mixture and place it on a greased baking sheet.
4) Bake the shark in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the shark is golden and cooked through.
5) Heat 2 cups of oil to 350 degrees Fahrenheit in a medium-sized skillet.
6) While the oil is heating, mix the buttermilk and 1 lb of flour in medium-sized bowl.
7) Once the oil is hot, dip the pieces of shark in the batter and place them in the hot skillet.
8) Fry the shark for about 4 minutes or until golden brown.
9) Remove the shark from the skillet and place on a plate with a paper towel to remove any excess oil.
10) Assemble the sandwich with the shark, lettuce, chopped onion and tartar sauce on white bread.
