– 2 cups all-purpose flour
-1/4 teaspoon salt
-3 large eggs
-3/4 cup warm water
-4 tablespoons unsalted butter
-1 cup heavy cream
-1/4 cup vodka
-2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
-1/4 teaspoon salt
-1/4 teaspoon black pepper
-1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
-1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
Instructions:
1. In a medium bowl, mix the ricotta, spinach, artichoke heart, capers and sun-dried tomatoes and set aside.
2. In a large bowl, sift together the flour and salt. Make a well in the center of the flour. Place the eggs and water into the well. Use your fingers to mix the flour into the egg mixture. Knead the dough until it’s firm and knead it for at least 6 minutes.
