– 2 ½ cups All-Purpose flour
– 8 tablespoons butter

Instructions:

Reduce the oven heat to 350 degrees and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the pastries are golden brown.

5. To make the cream filling, in a medium bowl mix together cream, sugar, cornstarch, and vanilla extract. Beat the mixture with an electric mixer until thickened and creamy.

6. To assemble the eclairs, slice the pastries in half carefully. Spoon the cream onto the bottom half of each pastry, spreading evenly. Place the top of each pastry back on top of the cream.
