Ingredients :
1 pound flank steak
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon each of ground cumin and oregano
1 teaspoon of smoked paprika
2 sun-dried tomatoes, finely chopped
1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/4 cup finely chopped parsley
1/4 cup olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup pickled jalapeno, drained and sliced
2 green onions, thinly sliced
Pinch of salt
2 tablespoons of brown sugar
1 large onion, sliced
1/2 tablespoons of butter
2 Italian rolls, sliced and toasted

Instructions

1. In a bowl, combine garlic powder, cumin, oregano, and smoked paprika. Set it aside.

2. In a blender, combine sun-dried tomatoes, lemon juice, parsley, olive oil, garlic, and pickled jalapeno. Blend it until everything is blended and smooth.

3. Add the blended mixture and the spices to a large shallow pan with a pinch of salt and the brown sugar. Mix all the ingredients together.

4. Add the flank steak and turn to coat it evenly. Cover and marinate in the refirgerator for 30 minutes.

5. In a large skillet, heat the butter over medium-high heat.
